In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lb98" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the lb98 platform and the legal entity operating it, which provides online betting, live casino, and slots services accessible at lb98.io.
• "Platform" means the lb98 website, mobile interface, all associated web pages, software, tools, and services made available through lb98.io.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the lb98 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the lb98 Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all lb98 balances, transactions, bets, and payouts are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded to a Player under lb98's active promotions programme.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be turned over in real-money bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all lb98 operational and support hours.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the lb98 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. lb98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to lb98's satisfaction.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the lb98 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. lb98 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or thereafter.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). lb98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before your Account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by lb98 may result in Account suspension.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility. The lb98 Platform is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local regulations. lb98 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lb98 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another player's Account. lb98 will treat all activity originating from your Account as having been performed by you.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lb98 immediately by contacting [email protected]. lb98 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account. lb98 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Currency. All lb98 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be declined. All balances, bonus amounts, bet stakes, and payout values displayed on the Platform are in BDT.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. lb98 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts and, where the balance has been reduced to zero, to close the Account. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lb98 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and City Bank. lb98 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time and will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any such changes.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits below this threshold will be declined and the funds returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your lb98 Account within thirty (30) seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution. lb98 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your Account, or to a verified method in your name. lb98 reserves the right to require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka).

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. lb98 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes from approval on average. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, for large withdrawal amounts subject to manual review, or where additional verification is required.

4.6 Fees. lb98 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which lb98 accepts no responsibility.

4.7 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into an lb98 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and from legitimate, lawful sources. lb98 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time and to refuse or reverse a transaction where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by lb98 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed using bonus funds that are later voided or reversed will not count toward the Wagering Requirement.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. lb98 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including the right to exclude Players from specific promotions based on account history, betting patterns, or other factors. Each bonus is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse lb98 bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, engaging in matched betting using bonus funds, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account closure.

5.5 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire fourteen (14) days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account automatically.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. lb98 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are not accepted from persons with inside information relating to the event on which the bet is placed. All bets placed on the lb98 Platform are subject to the specific sport or game rules applicable to that market.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types on the lb98 Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at lb98's discretion, including in real time for live in-play markets.

6.3 Error and Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in the odds, pricing, game rules, or any other element of a bet or game round — including technical errors, data feed failures, or human error — lb98 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round and return the original stake to the Player's Account. Winnings resulting from a manifest error will not be paid.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. lb98 is not responsible for bets or game rounds affected by internet disconnections, browser failures, or device malfunctions on the Player's side. Where a game or bet round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on lb98's servers, the relevant round will be cancelled and the stake returned.

6.5 Cricket Betting. All cricket bets on the lb98 Platform are governed by the cricket-specific rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of your Account. These rules cover match and innings settlement, rain interruptions, abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis method applications, and BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures.

6.6 Live Casino. All live casino games available on lb98 are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In the event of a dispute arising from a live casino game round, lb98 will refer to the game studio's video record and logs as the definitive record of the round outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lb98 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.
• Using the lb98 Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate bet outcomes, game results, or bonus claims.

• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the lb98 Platform.

8.1 Commitment. lb98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. 10.4 Force Majeure. lb98 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond lb98's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or civil disturbances.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your lb98 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 Termination by lb98. lb98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if lb98 has reasonable grounds to believe that your Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the lb98 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in force.

12.1 Right to Amend. lb98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

12.2 Notification. Where changes are material, lb98 will endeavour to notify affected Players by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the lb98 Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the lb98 Platform's operating jurisdiction.

13.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
